Clients who are seeking out individual psychotherapy can expect a confidential, safe, and caring environment while expressing concerns and establishing goals with their therapist one-on-one. You and the therapist will work together to establish goals for therapy specifically tailored to your needs. Once goals are established, you and your therapist will begin working towards meeting your therapeutic goals using helping strategies, therapeutic technique, and building rapport.

Individual counseling is available for adolescents (14+), adults, and older adults (65+).

Clients can expect sessions to last 50 minutes.

Pre-Marital Counseling

Pre-Marital Counseling is a form of couples therapy directed toward helping couples prepare for marriage. It is intended to help you and your partner identify potential conflicts and equip you with tools to navigate them successfully. You can expect pre-marital counseling to last 3-5 sessions.
