Jessica is dedicated to helping you answer questions about and resolve current problems and long-standing issues. She believes in the power of a safe and non-judgmental space to foster hope and healing. Jessica provides competent, compassionate, and faith-affirming mental health care. Jessica obtained her Master of Arts in Psychology and Community Counseling from Regent University. She has over 15 years of extensive experience in mental health. Jessica has worked with adolescents, adults and older adults in diverse settings. Her experience includes working with at-risk youth and families providing in-home therapy services in both Oklahoma and Virginia. Since moving to Kansas, she has provided compassionate and effective therapy services in emergency departments, acute psychiatric inpatient units, intensive outpatient programs, and private practice settings.
Specializing in depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, and more, Jessica offers support for adolescents, adults, and older adults (65+). With a focus on modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Christian counseling, and Mindfulness-Based approaches, Jessica tailors her expertise to meet your unique needs. When Jessica is not with clients, she loves to spend her time with her husband and three daughters, whether at home or on new adventures or travels. Jessica strives to engage with her community and has an active role within her church. She likes to explore nature and hike, play piano and guitar, and drive while listening to loud music with the windows down. You can find her watching her favorite tv shows or reading historical fiction books. She is an extrovert at heart and loves to be with people.
