Thomas is committed to providing sound therapeutic care to help you work toward positive change and better understand your life. Thomas believes that connection is an important component for empowering you to create positive change in your life and fosters connection through providing a safe, non-judgemental, and confidential space for you to share your concerns. Thomas obtained his Master of Arts in Counseling from MidAmerica Nazarene University. He has a year and a half of experience working as a counseling intern at Midamerica Nazarene Community Counseling and Play Therapy Center and has been in private practice for over a year. Thomas has primarily worked with adolescents but has also worked with adults and the elderly. He has also held psychoeducation courses to help inform the community about mental wellness and strategies to combat everyday struggles.

Thomas offers a unique approach to therapy, tailored specifically to your needs. It’s not about a one-size-fits-all solution, but rather finding what works best for you. Specializing in self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and more, Thomas offers support for adolescents, adults, and older adults (65+). Thomas practices with a focus on modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Integrated Christian Counseling, Career Counseling and Mindfulness-Based approaches. Thomas provides care through trauma-informed, person-centered, and strength-based approaches. Whether you’re struggling emotionally, behaviorally, physically, or spiritually, Thomas is here to support you. When Thomas is not with clients, he loves to play video games and venture into other hobbies such as playing violin, singing, playing tabletop/board games or spending time with friends. Thomas is actively involved in his church and is committed to long-term learning. He loves to go out to NASCAR races and enjoys motorsports over any other sport. He also loves to try new things and see new places. Thomas is an introvert and is very passionate about helping others.
